Dr. Mariale Rivers Payment Policies and Terms of Service

  1. Non-Refundable Payments
  • All payments made for Dr. Mariale Rivers' services, packages, programs, or courses are non-refundable . This includes individual payments as well as payments for programs or packages purchased together.
  1. Payment for Packages, Programs and Courses
  • Payments for packages, programs or courses must be made at the start of the service. Access to any program, course or package will not be granted until full payment has been received.
  • Packages are non-transferable , cannot be cancelled once purchased, and have a maximum duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will be lost.
  • In the case of the purchase of courses , the time during which the course will be enabled will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
  1. Cancellation of Appointments
  • Prepaid appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled only with at least 24 hours' notice . Refunds will not be permitted and rescheduling will only be permitted if cancelled within the indicated time.
  1. Punctuality
  • It is essential to arrive punctually for appointments. Dr. Mariale Rivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. If the patient does not show up within this time and has previously paid for their appointment, the appointment will be considered as given and a new appointment can only be scheduled.
  1. Patient Responsibility
  • Health and well-being are the responsibility of the patient . Dr. Mariale Rivers acts only as a guide in the healing process. It is important for the patient to understand that this is a holistic path that requires time, dedication and commitment .
  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By making a payment, the patient acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions, understanding that their commitment is key to success in their healing process.
