“Your body is the perfect machine and has all the tools to improve your immunity.”

During this pandemic I propose the focus on:

How to strengthen our body naturally?

Let us strengthen our own internal power and thus our immunity, digestion, healthy mind and detoxification power will improve.

Ancient sciences such as Ayurvedic Medicine and Mayan Medicine consider the pandemic to be a call for humanity to return to balance, with our body, mind and nature itself.

This Pandemic is an opportunity!

  • It is an opportunity to reconnect: with our body and nature.
  • It is an opportunity to get back into a healthy routine that does not drain us energetically, physically or mentally.
  • It is an opportunity to remember what makes us happy.
  • It is an opportunity to reconnect with the land, plant and cook our own food, and honor local farmers and producers.
  • It is an opportunity to reinvent ourselves, to start over, to trust.
  • It is an opportunity to strengthen our body, cleanse it, detoxify it and heal it.
  • It is an opportunity to remember everything we take for granted, for sure, since everything is tied to change.
  • It is an opportunity for change, to rewrite the history of humanity.

Go ahead, consciousness is alive and calls us to reconnect.

Change comes from the inside out. Let us not lose sight of the fact that no one is to blame, that we ourselves are responsible, each one of us, for our actions, and now is the time to take action and regain the body's ability to heal itself.

With this brief introduction I will expand on information on how to strengthen your body and daily tips:

If your body detoxifies daily it becomes stronger

How to detoxify:

  1. Hot water in small sips throughout your day (you can add ginger or lemon drops)
  2. Reduce consumption of foods that inflame the body: dairy products, refined sugar (cakes, pasta, breads, etc.), poor quality refined oils (refined vegetable oil)
  3. Reduce consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, canned, colored or bottled foods.
  4. Reduce situations that cause you stress. Stress is anything that causes you to feel unbalanced. (Make a list of everything that causes you stress so you can identify the essential changes you need to make to reduce stress.) Stress is considered one of the most inflammatory factors in the body.
  5. Move your body with something that makes you happy, practice yoga, go for a walk, stretch, dance, do Tai Chi or ChiKung.
  6. Detox your mind: put down your cell phone, news, or internet for at least 1 to 2 hours a day. Instead, read a book, write, contemplate nature, meditate, sing, play outdoors, or rest.
  7. Eat fresh, delicious, beautiful and freshly cooked food, use good quality spices and oils such as (olive, coconut, sesame, macadamia or avocado)
  8. Use medicinal plants to detoxify, consult with professionals, holistic and alternative doctors, investigate on your own and experience your power of intuition
  9. Make a list of everything you are grateful for in your day and focus on giving thanks.
  10. Be happy, reconnect with your family, friends and community, by supporting each other we can get ahead.
